The MINISTRY OF WATER AND ENVIRONMENT ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ initiated a capacity needs assessment through the Capacity Building Initiative Phase 2 (#CBIT 2) project to improve the national greenhouse gas inventory management. Laptops were also provided to sector focal points for better #DataCollection and reporting.
