It is incredible seeing these photos. I spent 4 years living in the area during my undergrad and remember driving these exact roads. Water is powerful.

MOST POWERFUL FLARE IN SOLAR CYCLE 25. It was X9.0 in GOES X-ray measurement. It was quite eruptive, leaving a coronal wave. The eruption/CME seemed to result from magnetic reconnection rather than ideally from a pre-existing flux rope. It may come in less than 3 days.

Two sides of the same mm. I was imaging the interring triangle shape with the little bead and then I rolled it over to see the other side and there was another fricken triangle on that side. So very interesting and I’m not sure what side I should have upward for SEM.

This was surreal to watch. One of the largest rockets ever launched landed successfully AND did not need to expend weight on landing gear. Reasonably affordable civilian space travel in my lifetime. That's my real dream.
