We’ve been alerted to an outage with Heroku, our infrastructure provider, which is affecting the reachability of the Cast website. (status.heroku.com/incidents/2402) We’ll continue to monitor this issue.

It looks like Heroku is in the process of restoring the affected routing infrastructure and we’re seeing Cast’s reachability recover.

Some of Cast's hosting partners have been impacted by Hurricane Fiona, and this is affecting Cast. Podcasts hosted with Cast are unaffected, but we have temporarily paused new Studio sessions until network service is restored. For more, see help.tryca.st

Update: We're continuing to work with our hosting partners. As we begin to bring Cast's infrastructure back online, we have re-enabled access to podcast hosting stats through the Publisher.

Our hosting partners report that power has been restored to the affected area and they are actively working on-site. We continue to re-enable Cast infrastructure as it is safe to do so, and we have now re-enabled access to the Publisher. For more info, see help.tryca.st

Our hosting partners have reported that their services are restored following the disruption caused by Hurricane Fiona, and our own internal monitoring systems report the same. Accordingly, all Cast services and components are back and fully operational.

On June 26 at 11am ET a vendor will be performing maintenance that may briefly disrupt the Studio, Editor and Publisher. We’re not expecting downtime, but wanted to give everyone a heads up! Hosted files will be unaffected.

We've observed a network interruption affecting traffic to Halifax (where our files are hosted). Our host is working to route around it ASAP
