2 years since the Scotland Based acting community feedback on how casting could be improved and become more transparent. A lot of improvements hace been realised but still a lot of work to do.

Great work on transparency and committment coming out of National Theatre of Scotland. Deadline is March and the opportunity has been made as accesible as public. Would be great to see if this opportunity could be a resource other buildings that cast could tap into as well. 👏👏👏👏

Can every actor have a check of their Spotlight profile and check your friends for them. The number of times I get this message is ridiculous. It is a fault when I use WiFi but not 4G data. When I have cast projects, I have skipped over actors assuming they left the site.

As Spotlight has ignored concerns about the issues with the site, the already predatory pricing and now added a premium option; I believe we should cancel our direct debits to the site for the month of December. If a structured campaign was organised would you cancel you DD? RT
