If Global Witness can track deforestation in indirect supply chains in Brazil, then surely JBS can too. The difference between the two? One is a billion dollar multinational, one is a small nongovernmental. It’s not lack of resources, it’s political will.

An investigation that shows the urgency of banning the import of products grown on deforested land #EUDR . If Global Witness can trace deforestation from indigenous land through to cattle, through to collagen and drinks, then companies can too, but only a law will make them.
