NGS analysis of TRIBE2 incl TMB. Note that 3 pts with MSS cancers were TMB high (>16 mut/Mb), 2 of which had POLE mut, 1 showed loss of MSH6 by IHC. Important to look for these alterations in MSS with high TMB. #WorldGI2020 ESMO - Eur. Oncology #OncoAlert
