Given up on sleep at 6.30am. Eye drops & jade roller from the freezer are good for stingy, puffy eyes. Did have a bit of a manic day yest, so today I vow to rest. Insomnia is worse than ever, even with meds. I DEF got more sleep as a young mum of 4 kids under the age of 8.
