Its disheartening to hear about the experiences , where #blackmedicalstudents are subjected to marginalization, and self-doubt within academic sectors. The effects of such systemic biases are indeed detrimental and can hinder the growth and success of talented individuals.

It is indeed concerning to consider whether these #doctors and #healthcareworkers, who have internalized the oppressive system during their own medical education, can effectively serve as mentors. #mandeladay2023 #ABCAC

In some cases, they may unknowingly perpetuate the same oppressive patterns they experienced. This creates a disheartening cycle where independent-minded individuals are oppressed and then utilized by the system to oppress others within the black community.

The creation of the images you see would not have been possible within the conventional #healthcaresystem, as senior #blackdoctors have been influenced by a paradigm that normalizes #white images while undermining young black excellence underrepresented communities.
