Had a supervision for my Environmental sustainability module at the Judge Business School, I have to say the building looking quite different from what I expected #CambTweet

Guess who’s exams got delayed by a day because of the Coronation? (Mine). I’m actually so disappointed I had bought tickets to see a band in London (nearly a year ago!). I knew exams always end on a Monday and now I can’t go since I have two exams the next day :(( #CambTweet

Walking back from a supervision on the West Cambridge site. I love how close fields and the countryside feels to Cambridge. (previously I only lived in big cities). Maybe some time after uni I will consider living somewhere similar :) #Cambtweet

Had a great guest lecture this morning from Prof Bill O'Neill about high power laser technology and his research with Institute for Manufacturing (IfM). Fantastic to hear from industry leaders here in the university. #CambTweet

Took a break from work yesterday and spent some time in Selwyn's bar with my college family. Was lovely to catch up with them all again! #CambTweet

Our guest lecture today was from Bob Goss, a retired engineer at Loctite, talking to us about adhesives and their applications. Naturally he superglued his fingers together for the demonstration. #CambTweet

Had some family friends visit from America this weekend so took them to the Fitz gallery, evensong at kings and a hearty Selwyn brunch - lovely weekend! #CambTweet

Happy belated bridgemas! I spent mine writing my first lab report and then had a wine and cheese evening with some friends in our kitchen with some terrible carol singing! #CambTweet

With the first day of term today and the weekend growing near, my first gig of the new year approaches, a night of video game music from a 22 piece jazz band, so I'm really excited to play bass for this one! #cambtweet

A new term has brought me a new approach to work and now 2 weeks into Lent term, I'm feeling quite confident about it. This is allowing me to really appreciate being in such a beautiful town and spend more time on my hobbies and with my friends! #CambTweet

This week me and my lab partner have been working hard to build a bridge that can carry a 700kg weight before failing. Although we haven't tested it yet (that happens next term) we're feeling good about our chances and have the lightest structure in the group so far! #CambTweet
