Mistake-free Baseball is a nice thing to strive for, but doesn’t actually happen that often. My preference is always for mistake-forcing baseball, because you can accomplish that every time out. If you’re forcing mistakes, you’re likely to commit fewer than the opponent. Win.

The success of coaches and players is frequently defined by the ability to convince those that don’t initially see your worth. It is great to be believed-in, but also important to realize your biggest wins will be when you have to fight for it.
