Looking at reactions from today’s CFP bracket release… It’s odd to me how many Midwestern based sportswriters have issues with Alabama staying at #9 while not being bothered by Ohio St being #2 over UGA UGA beat everyone on its schedule and had multiple wins better than OSU

If Notre Dame doesn't want to join a Power 4 Conference, Power 4 Conferences should stop scheduling games against them. Their sweetheart deal with ESPN guarantees them a spot if they're ranked 12 or higher, a spot that would almost assuredly come at the expense of a Power 4 team

Yes, I can just picture Notre Dame’s heartbroken players got together in the locker room and said, “You know what we should do? Shut down our season so ESPN’s ratings for the Pop-Tarts Bowl go down and they lose some ad revenue.”
