BVU CS senior Sam Bardwell has accepted a software developer position with Principal Financial in Des Moines, Iowa. Sam interned with Principal this summer as a DevOps engineer. Congratulations, Sam!

Congratulations to first-year #BVU Comp Sci student Alayna Rice on obtaining an IT internship with VT Industries of Holstein, Iowa. Alayna will work this summer in VT’s Front Office Services division.

Congrats to #BVU CS student Jed Richards on being awarded an internship at Argonne National Laboratory through the Department of Energy for summer 2023. Jed will use machine learning to build hydropower operations that are economical and environmentally friendly.

#BVU Robotics captures 3rd place at the MICS Conference! #SumoBots

MICS Recap: 3rd out of 33 teams in the programming contest. 8 of the 33 teams were from BVU. 3rd in the "sumo" robotics competition. One win away from the finals. Sieger C. presented "Automation in the Food Service Industry and Its Wide Reaching Effects" to a packed room.

Congrats to BVU computer science student Lauren (Rae) Siems on obtaining an information technology internship at Wells Enterprises in Le Mars, Iowa, during the summer of 2023. Rae’s internship will be partly in Le Mars and partly remote.

Congratulations to BVU computer science senior Vanessa Hamlett. Vanessa has accepted a position as an Embedded Systems Engineer with RFA Engineering. She will be working for RFA at John Deere, located in Dubuque, Iowa.
