Delivered the last session on Psychology of Health and Diseases Module at the University of Hull. It was an invaluable experience teaching to an interactive student cohort who are from different fields like exercise physiology, cardiovascular rehabilitation, nutrition and dietetics.

To create awareness on mental health, we organised a Sunday walk in Hull in line with this year’s theme: MOVEMENT. We walked for 100 minutes, talked to each other about our lives and enjoyed the nature. Mental Health Foundation Huge thanks to everyone who joined us today! 🌿
