Happened by chance to drive through the centre of #BuryStEdmunds last night at 10pm exactly, shocked to see the crowds of people on the streets, chucking diners and drinkers all out at the same time is absolute madness, what must a large city be like!!

Saw Jason Manford at The Apex last night, he was the surprise guest at the Fat Cat Comedy Club birthday show, problem is, I saw him at the same venue a few months ago and he did the same (superb) set, not only that, his opening gag was about repeating a joke at a previous gig!

. Also, if you follow the path around the corner up Petticoat Lane it is much narrower but still only has bike pictures on it? Is this no longer a footpath? What’s gooin on buh!

The general position on "shared use paths " seems to be, in the absence of segregation or clearly defined signage, that everybody uses the path in a considerate way!

Richard Rout Suffolk Highways Suffolk CC @stedsbc Bury Free Press If there is segregation and signage for pedestrians then cyclists are obliged to stay on their side but pedestrians are only advised to use theirs. It does not appear that there are segregated lanes on these photographs though.
