My grandparents had a house on Holden beach when Hazel hit in ā€˜54. Grandfather and great uncle swam the intracoastal to check on it. House & land both gone. They found the house sign and a bottle of liquor. Drank the liquor & swam back. Rented ever since. RIP the ā€œSS South Windā€

In the book of Daniel, he and his boys refuse to eat the kings food, instead eating vegetables & fruit. They looked healthier than all the other men 10 days later. Royal food was prob good, so this is less about how good fruit & vegetables were, and instead a miracle from God
