Hereโs a thank you to all the kids who show up to marathons and halfโs and give high fives to the runners. You make even us slow runners feel like Josh Allen out there. Your energy is contagious and helps us power through. Buffalo Marathon

Grateful for the unforgettable journey at the Buffalo Marathon ! Despite the fog & humidity, the spirit of this city and its people shone bright. Every cheer and every smile, especially from my amazing parents, fueled my spirit. Onward to the next adventure! ๐โโ๏ธ Mesulam Center at Northwestern

the fog was our friend this am for the half Buffalo Marathon. However, the humidity was not. I just missed running sub 2 hours by clocking in at 2:00:38. Not anywhere near my PR from 2019, but Iโll take it. ๐ฆฌ๐โโ๏ธ

โIโm comfortable with the uncomfortable. Bury the pain. Forget about the fatigue. Focus on the task at hand. One step at a time. โ I finished my 3 marathon. Well it wasnโt pretty. It hurt. ALOT! But I put my head down and continued on. Time to eat!#marathon Buffalo Marathon
