I have now a serious design problem. I'm doing a new building in a NYC Landmarked district dominated by Romanesque Revival. 15' setback requirement at 85' ... No such thing as a historic-compatible romanesque revival building that has a setback. It has to go straight up.

Space-based data enters ... Yah OK Boss, Boltzmann called to remind you about that square mile heat-sink you're going to need up there to cool it. Where you getting a 1 square mile heat-sink in orbit boss? nypost.com/2025/10/03/bus…

The markets dislike this person so much that the Japanese Yen pulled a dropped baby ... which should never really happen in a major foreign currency with deep liquidity. Price action like this is a strong negative reaction. An entire country instantly lost 2% of it's net worth.

This is not a good chart. Total growth down from 3.5% to 2%, and dominated by one sector, with all other economic areas at 1%. Either AI build out masking deep pullback, or AI build out is diverting so much capital the rest of economy is starving. Either way it's bad news.

GOOD, FINALLY. Maybe senate and congressional Republicans will grow some fucking balls and remember they're supposed to be the ones in charge of this country. But probably not, they're so venal they forgot how to get off their knees. thehill.com/homenews/senat…

I am seriously hoping right now that tomorrow when I wake up the news is going to reflect that the ceasefire is real and Israel is verifiably withdrawing and there's a zero count of new casualties.

It's sad that these people are experiencing tragedy. But there's a deeper message here. If we want to keep the insurance & mortgage system intact, we must: -Respect the FIRM map boundaries. -Follow ASCE24, no mortgages or insurance may be issued if not in compliance -Begin

Busiest rail tunnel in the world Trump is cancelling. NFN, this is what Ayn Rand was actually talking about in Atlas Shrugged: political inability to keep trains running. SALT is now $40k. NYS & other blue state & local govs should revise tax structures & budget accordingly.

I have to say that I have my finger on the "sell everything" button and feeling really fucking jittery about it heading into black Friday retail numbers. I'm hoping the market has one more upward movement before then that I can exploit.

When you spend couple decades of life unable to have ice cream without getting sick, thinking you're lactose intolerant, then learning about Carrageenan. FUCK YOU to food companies who use that shit.

This guy is running something strange. Like he's claiming to be a person running a financial fund, yet he's posting all these completely bogus disinformation charts that are clearly fake for anyone who actually reads them. Why would a fund manager decide to intentionally post

burnbuster.com This is a solved problem folks. There's many lithium battery fire extinguishers on the market with follow-up products such as isolation bags. The failure to deal with the fire effectively is an airline policy failure, not a "batteries scary" problem.
