Rory talking taking 20g of creatine a day. Reminder that it should be weight adjusted. So 5g for everyone doesn’t make sense. 10g+ gets the brain saturated. And more looks like it has neuro-cognitive benefits. I recommend more for sleep deprived.

Parents - Creatine is SAFE for your Kids, but, tell them, it will NOT "SAVE THEM" when they go to bed at 12 or 1 AM, skip breakfast, buy school lunch & barely eat. Teach your kids how to make a healthy breakfast. Pack a Home cooked lunch. Brilliance w/ the Basics!

Tomorrow we officially start summer training! Remember it is open M-TH 8-9:15 and 9:15-10:30. It’s highly encourage to come to the 8am slot if possible. FB/BB 3-4:30 and VB 4:30-5. Come ready to work, positive attitude lots of energy and more importantly let’s have fun!
