Apparently there was a huge Scamwave in the TF2 Key Bot scene. Basically all of the bots were cleaned empty of either their TF2 Keys or the other side of items they usually offer. We might see Valve put a 7d tradehold on TF2 keys now too.

I've deleted my previous quote tweet of this. Most likely steam is having issues providing data, leading to bots incorrectly confirming trades. It appears 1 Tf2 key bot owner realised, and took advantage. More information is needed, sorry for fearmongering.
