Instant gratification has no bounds

Has anyone really just had one cup of cereal. Nutrition Facts say 1 serving with Skim is only 200 calories. I don’t eat it often but I estimate my serving to be well over a 1000 calories.😂

Watched the Billy Joel documentary-It was excellent. One interesting observation Billy Joel loses 3 wives over his drinking. No change. Elton John makes one comment and he’s instantly sober.
