Michael Narvey 🇨🇦 NRN trial presented at PAS with a worrisome probability of harm (not yet published). Would definitely not cool until evidence is more clear. Dangerous to assume we are benefiting patients when it can very easily be the opposite. IMO true for any "therapeutic creep".
