My kids will go back to school in AlphaFly’s. Daily wear. I’ll start them in pre-school if Nike makes a size small enough. Think about the message this sends to the other kids.

I find that I can still absorb knowledge while training as long as I keep my heart rate < 133bpm. As soon as I’m above that range, I’m better off just listening to music vs. podcasts / YouTube.

Every runner should learn how to swim & cross train on the bike. You’ll be happier while injured because you can cross train until healthy. Well balanced and stack extra volume in lower impact sports. Learn to push and hurt yourself in different ways outside of running.
