Tornado Mildly entertaining movie from the director of slow west, which I thought was much better. It's a young girl samurai revenge flick. Decent story, a good kill or two, not the best though IMO 5.75/10

Dangerous animals Sean Byrne is back with a serial killer on a boat movie that just misses greatness. The worst of his three but still pretty good (I mean the loved ones and devil's candy are top notch so yeah) Solid, tense thriller for me. 7/10

28 years later I'm 3/3 today and decent movies but no more than decent. I can see how people would really like this..like wanting to see a big prosthetic dong swinging around. Decent tension in the first half, some good gore, after that meh. The ending was a...what??!! 6.75/10

The life of Chuck It's unfair how Mike Flanagan is such a magnificent director. A movie completely out of his wheelhouse and he crushed it. A beautiful movie that makes you realize how much small things matter and what we carry with us. Top 5 for me this year easily 9.5/10

The prestige is Nolan's most underrated and underappreciated movie.

Superman Heard a lot of reviews that were all over the board from trash to treasure. I thoroughly enjoyed it, oozes James Gunn from the start to finish. Funny, action, Krypto rules, Nathan Fillion gives Sean Gunn a break from the terrible haircut duties lol. 8/10

MI: final reckoning It is a mission impossible movie you know what you're in for and it doesn't disappoint. A little slow to get rolling but once it hits it's stride about half way in it is fantastic. The plane scene at the end is worth the price of admission 8.75/10

F1 If you liked Ford vs Ferrari and Top Gun Maverick this will be a good choice. 155min runtime may be much for some but it didn't bother me. Good story, race scenes are very good, some humor. Very solid 8/10

Nobody 2 Well, Timo Tjahjanto does it again. Embracing his lighter side while still doing what he does. Action is great, not Uber violent like some of his others but very cool and well shot. Hopefully this gets more eyes on him as he is special IMO. Thoroughly enjoyed it 8/10
