Despite wearing all the clothes I own I was frozen to the core. That's when we needed HOP SLIPPERS! Fresh out the kettle.

Exciting arrivals in the brewery this morning. Unfortunately empty... But maybe not for long.

No brewing for me today, time for a bit of lab work! Today measuring dissolved oxygen and CO2 in beer. The machine is too thirsty. Hardly left me any! HORNY SLUTS

The hops have arrived for one of the first big specials. All I need now is the time to brew it!

Some cracking beer enjoyed in the sun Hop Garden Harborne yesterday.

In the brewery we have 3 hoses with pet names. A long one called Longy, a short one called Shorty and one with a sticky thread called Sticky Fred.

Early brew and the beginnings of Mud City Stout. Packed the mash tun. Could only just close the lid! Who needs sparge arms anyway!?
