It's fascinating that Conservatives can't seem to handle strong women leaders anymore. They can't help diminishing strong women as "servants" to some man, any man, no matter how tenuous or counter-factual the link is. e.g. "Julia [Gillard] Bob Brown's bitch"; "Simon says"; etc.
