Weekend Highlights: 📍 Location 1: Our Oystercatcher parents and their chicks have already moved on from the nesting site. As you can see from previous footage, the chicks are very mobile. Our team have observed the chicks along the shoreline, so we will keep the camera running

🐣 Successful Hatch at Location 2!!! Three Oystercatcher chicks have hatched at Location 2! See if you can spot the 3 chicks moving around in the long grass. There are also some beautiful Curlew calls at the beginning of the footage. 🎥 Watch the full clip now on YouTube.

Take a peek into the outdoor rearing stage of the Breeding Waders EIP Project curlew with our Ranger Jess. The curlew are not visible to the public in the Park. While the curlew are monitored, there is only limited human activity in these areas to help the birds progress back into the wild.
