For 34 years BCA has controlled our city with an outcome that is not acceptable to anyone of us by any standards. Housing affordability and rental crisis has gone from bad to worst. Its time for CHANGE. ONE Burnaby policies addresses the issues our city is facing today.

...3/5.. As Professor Elrick from McGill University states, “Immigrants want what any Canadian-born person wants: good job opportunities for economic and social mobility – especially intergenerational mobility for their kids – and a sense of belonging in their communities."

...4/5.. However, like all Canadians, they face challenges in the major centres due to the high cost of living. Furthermore, there is the adverse reaction to immigration, which is a rising tide of hate crimes.
