How is this not a catch? NAEaglesBaseball was shortchanged IMO. Even if the umps got the call right their mechanics on the field sucked. No definitive call. Amhearst players stopped running. Players running off the field. OHSAA Sports has got to be better training.

I want to emphasize how bad the umpiring is on this OHSAA Sports Not one of your 4 umpires make a call or signal. Defense running off field. Offensive players stop running & take helmets off. This is final 4! Make a call! Kids got shortchanged. No championship mentality in umps!

Catch or no catch. Lead runner never touched 3rd base. Stopped running then cut in front of 3rd and ran home. OHSAA Sports umpires did a horrible mechanical job with this ruling. You have to make some sort of signal. It’s the flipping state semi finals. #bebetter
