Spring youth girls soccer season is wrapping up. I just told many families to take a few weeks to deload and chill. People looked at me like I was crazy. THIS is a problem.

And a famous sports doctor, (James Andrews I believe) said it’s healthier for kids to play more than one sport to work all muscle groups.
