A Nigerian Doctor working 2 jobs and still earning less than 400/500 dollars per month can’t live within his or her means. You still have to live below your means to not be broke, that’s not life at all, nahhhh😪🤦🏾‍♂️

So many ambitions rest on the outcome of this current push by the NARD. So many young Doctors want to go into Residency in this country, but they have genuine fears about what it means for their lives and welfare. We cannot get it wrong this time around. Strike to adjust!

For Nigeria to continue to produce medical specialists, it has to maintain the Residency program. In just few years, the number of applicants has declined so bad there are adverts for people to enroll even without meeting the most important requirement—Primaries. A shame!

I don’t really know much about inflation or if the government can afford a particular salary. All I know is that, it isn’t a good sight, seeing your Consultants on Okada.
