Brad Reinhard Dan Lorenz I strive for FULL normal extension equal to opposite normal knee (even if there is some normal hyperextension). My suspicion is that their normal hyperextension/laxity is what sets them up for higher failure rate rather than the fact that you regained their "normal" motion.
