On Sunday our year 4 children received their First Holy Communion. It was such a lovely day and the sun was shining. The children celebrated with their friends and families in the Church Hall afterwards.

Well done to our Y5 boys football team who competed in the The Blessed Peter Snow Catholic Academy Trust finals. They worked hard in a tough semi final against eventual champions St Mary’s. Another tense play off against Holy Spirit finished a draw and the boys lost out in a penalty shoot out. Brilliant effort 👏

Our y5/6 boys were great representatives of school at the Pennine Partnership cricket tournament today, qualifying for the finals. The real bonus today however being we have 8 new cricket lovers who will hopefully play the game for many years!

Immensely proud of our cricket team- they came in during their half term holidays to partake in the Pennine Partnership cricket finals. They were up against some incredibly talented opposition but we really enjoyed the day and managed to get a win!
