A2: First year teaching with Mrs. Metcalf and we have done pretty well at balancing work load and family. It ebbs and flows and we communicate well. And I know I aways have my #FNF to lean on. #iahperdchat

A3: Trying to not have back to back nights of Zooms and work. Sometimes I break it but try not to if I can control it. And if not working then I try and stay off the phone. Getting better. #iahperdchat

A4: I remind myself that I still have an opportunity to connect, impact and grow with my students whether I was working late or finishing a task. I will always have an opportunity, #iahperdchat

A6: Im learning to say no and taking a less involved role in some things. But often when I do get involved in a project/task/goal I know it takes time and long commitment so its hard to not give up. So it's really about giving yourself grace and breaks. BIg Picture #iahperdchat

A7: Make time for you. Even if its a 5,10, 15 minute walk alone, with the dog, listen to a short podcast, etc. Start small and build on it and know that you dont have to have your "you time" scheduled. Just make sure you have ways of making it happen when needed. #iahperdchat

A8: Less screen time, more fresh air and time with others. #iahperdchat
