These look like autumn foliage changes but they are due to drought stress (Halifax/Dartmouth NS). Some small trees are seeing leaves die-off. I’ve seen even some larger trees (birch and aspens) with a lot of yellowing leaves. We're in stage 2 (D2) Svr Drought

Here's what our Friday weather should look like - a near encounter with Erin well offshore. The storm circulation is large though - high altitude cloud, gusty offshore winds (~30G50 km/h), high ~18-20C and heavy surf (careful at the coast). No rain to ease our drought. #nswx
