It’s 8:38am on Thursday & we still don’t have copies of the Senate Substitute of all 20 budget bills. Are we supposed to go in at 9am today & pass the budget bills before tomorrow’s deadline sight unseen?How can anyone know what’s in the thousands of pages of budget bills? #moleg
