Session 1 Swim England East Region saw Daniel & Adam both get good PBs in the 1500FS Session 2 again saw excellent swims from Tilly 50BK Callum 50FS Lucy 100BR & Mark 400FS. Callum making the evening final

Session 3 @SEEsatRegion Saw Tilly & Zoe with good swims in the 100FS Callum Daniel & Mark in the 200FS Freya Zoe Callum & Matteo in the 50FLY

Session 3 also saw the mixed relay teams of Callum Daniel Zoe Faye and Matteo Jamie Ashleigh Tilly improve on their seeding with great swims. Callum came a good 7th place on the 50m FS final

BoBSS had 12 swimmers take part in the relays in the final session. Callum Daniel Matteo Jamie again bettered their entry time in the 4x50FS by 2secs. Both girls teams also bettered their entry times In the 4x50Med. Faye Lucy Freya Zoe and Tilly Jasmine Charlotte Ashleigh

S5 @ SEEastRegion sees Zoe back in the pool in the 50FS good swim 28.16. Lucy 200BR good swim 2.49.14. The boys also swimming well. 100FLY Mark 1.17.49 Matteo 1.02.92 Daniel 1.00.94 Callum 58.85. Freya strong swim 100FLY 1.10.33 & Tilly finishing the session with a 400FS 4.37.27
