I'm grateful to my friends Dr. Jim Elser, PhD 🇺🇸 and James B Cotner for organizing a Tribute Session on my behalf at the upcoming ASLO meeting in June in Madison. What a way to go out. My advice to anyone is to find yourself some smart and generous colleagues. You won't be sorry!

We appreciate the shout out but ticket demand exceeded our expectations and the event is already full. One hundred thirty attendees will join 30-ish practicing scientists next week at the first annual Freshwater Discovery Day!
