Since the end of May I’ve had 3 jobs crossing 2 careers, faced a family member becoming ill (hence the career change) and have lived in 4 different locations. We went on our first date the week life started getting crazy. This woman is my greatest strength.

Adversity is a privilege. The opportunity to get knocked down is an indication that you earned the right to compete. Reflect. Re-engage. Respond. Seek out experiences that will humble you and foster growth.

Got to help a bit with this beauty the other night. For those who have been asking about how working in trauma has been, it’s a roller coaster with a broken seatbelt that’s too fun to get off.

The thing about this new generation of AT’s is that we were taught about boundaries in the profession. It is unfortunate that this is viewed as being lazy or not “all in” when in reality we just understand the concept of taking care of ourselves & not pouring from an empty cup.
