In continuation of this week’s student housing spotlight series, we’re showcasing our UTSA Blvd. project in San Antonio, Texas. The four-story wood-framed apartment building is fully equipped to ensure a healthy lifestyle for students.

To wrap up the week on our student housing projects, we are showcasing our newest project: 5th Street Waco which is located in the popular commercial district in Waco, Texas.

Embedded within a rural residential and active agricultural development while being encircled by lakes and wetlands is the City of Independence, MN who sought a city hall renewal that would retain the facility’s rural character while engaging in purposeful growth. Great work!

Our DC practice site hosted a boat trip which our clients and industry partners joined us on, with the evening punctuated at the 20th annual NAIOP Corporate DC | MD Awards of Excellence event where Artspace Silver Spring project won the Award of Excellence for Best Multi-Family Project!

Last week, our BKV design team with Dakota County leaders and state and federal lawmakers celebrated the groundbreaking of a new South St. Paul Library – a long-awaited project that will benefit the community in many ways.

In Aitkin County, Minnesota, their existing Government Center had a variety of spatial deficiencies in multiple County departments. The county turned to BKV Group to develop a design solution for the building.
