Utterly appalling service from Plusnet who are still failing to fix my landline after 11 days. They blame BT_Openreach. So sick of being played by these two.

So Plusnet, I happen to know for sure there are no live jobs for BT engineers in Ditchling yet you tell me it’s listed for tomorrow. Lies! You need to tell me what is going on.

And now Plusnet, I find the job is lined up provisionally for a BT_Openreach engineer to fix my landline on Monday, not tomorrow. Why don’t you people stop lying to me?
