The first in a new "re-appraisals"series from the BJHP. Congratulations @PeterWest23! This new series is being organised by A X Douglas and is focused on highlighting works in the history of philosophy that (for whatever reason) didn't get the attention deserved originally

On Friday, @tomstoneham, @quiteclare, and Tom Jones (St. Andrews) presented papers on 'The Problematic Berkeley' at the British Society for the History of Philosophy Annual Conference in Edinburgh. The moniker 'the Good Bishop' has never looked less appropriate!

For last few years I’ve been editing special issue of British Journal for the History of Philosophy, on #historyofphilosophy of time in 1880s-1930s American-British philosophy. Amazingly, it's now so far along I'm writing Introduction! AND, now all the papers exist, I think they will work brilliantly as a whole.
