Does the Bitcoin School of Anti-Filtration and Spam Apology also not believe in filters for things like Water, Coffee, Road Traffic, the Internet, and the Radio? How far does the Anti-Filter Philosophy extend? Should I stop skimming my pool for leaves? Asking for some frens…

Just had some coffee at the Bitcoin School of Anti-Filtration with some of their thought leaders to learn more about anti-filtration philosophy. I learned a lot. Happy to answer any questions. Ask me anything. 🤡

We shall use filters for our Bitcoin and Email! We shall use filters for our Phones and Internet! We shall use filters for our Water and Coffee! We shall use filters for our Swimming Pools and AC Systems! We shall use Knots, Ocean, and DATUM. We shall never surrender!✊🏼

Team Knots wouldn’t have had to appeal to legal risks of illicit data if Team Core at least understood basic Economics 101 concepts. All Spam on Bitcoin is negative sum economic dead weight loss on the entire Bitcoin network. Team Core still doesn’t understand this. Pathetic.

What percentage of bitcoin users actually know how to store arbitrary data in public keys? Be honest… IMO, it’s the bad actors attacking the network. I estimate 99% of users don’t even know how to properly spam the chain.

Bitcoin at this time seems to be stuck in the 14-18-karat block quality range when it could be minting extremely high quality Bitcoin blocks closer to 24-karat, if block template builders and miners simply mined smaller blocks with Datacarrier = 0 on Knots with Ocean + DATUM.

Miners may also want to consider raising their minimum fees on their block templates to much higher level to help combat unnecessary use of Bitcoin. In conjunction with small blocks, this would help promote higher quality use of Bitcoin as Money.

When does it end really. First re-using OP_RETURN for garbage. Then pushing up the limit to 80b for garbage. Then pushing up 100kb for garbage. These are bad actors they will not stop until we reach Bittherium. The gaslighting at this point is hilarious.

Remember when Core Devs neglected Inscription filters to patch the Taproot Bug for 2+ years then tried to normalize 100kb Op_Returns on Bitcoin, then acted like a victim when people called bullshit?

Ignoring every economic, ethical, technical, reputational, and legal risk that unnecessary data can pose to Bitcoin and full node operators is 100% negligence, 0% vigilance, and 0% diligence.

Is BIP 444 worse than Core changing the definition of datacarrier and pretending the Taproot Bug didn’t exist for 2+ years. Is BIP 444 worse than Core v.30 and facilitating more unnecessary data on Bitcoin? I think knot.

₿itcoin ₿ombadil (@bitcoinbombadil) 's Twitter Profile Photo

A BIP does not cause irreparable harm to Bitcoin. You know what causes irreparable harm to Bitcoin? Unnecessary data. Do not downgrade to Core v.30. Run Knots, Datacarrier = 0 Filters up. ✊🏼🫡

Calle says arguing against Spam is “spamming the discourse”, but Calle doesn’t think unnecessary data on Bitcoin is problematic.🤡 Make it make sense.

₿itcoin ₿ombadil (@bitcoinbombadil) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Unnecessary data on Bitcoin is objectively bad for Bitcoin and full nodes, regardless of legal risks. Less unnecessary data = better Bitcoin More unnecessary data = worse Bitcoin

All unnecessary data on Bitcoin poses threats and risks to Bitcoin and its users. Spam bloat on full nodes, makes it harder for users to self-custody and solo mine Bitcoin. If you don’t understand that by now, then you’re just being willfully ignorant or you’re malicious.
