Today, December 6, we commemorate Canada's National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. More than 20 years later, violence against women remains a pervasive and A Pandemic in our Province. We are Standing in solidarity with survivors and their families 💜

Did you know that in Canada we lose 20 people to overdose every single day’ We invite you to drop by the HUG on Monday or Wednesday for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat about ways we can support you around mental health, addictions, recovery & substance use recovery.
