Life gets easier when you realise difference between what you can control and what you can't. Accept that certain things won't change. Focus on what you can make better. There's no point fighting a battle you know you can't win. Sometimes trusting the process is the best choice.

Let today be the day you start something that brings you joy. Don't let past failures hold you back. Don't let any external judgements hold you back. You are breathing means you can start a new chapter. It's not too late. You are capable. It's for you to make the change.
