This clip is ridiculous... It’s one thing to have an opinion about the Amber Alert system, but calling 911 to complain and being outright abusive to calltakers is out of line.

This is one of the glaring problems in the fire service today, it’s little selfish acts that roll into larger ones. We have a lot of people that work for the fire dept. but are not #firefighters people who don’t eat with the shift are missing one of the best parts of the job

We shouldn’t hire resumes. Instead we should hire people with solid character traits; those who are a good fit for our family & community & those we can get along with. We can teach many to throw ladders or pull hose, but we can teach few to be nice or play nicely in the sandbox.

This is the type of thing no firefighter wants. We want and need proper staffing and proper equipment. Not signs. This is a bad take and certainly not supported by the rank and file firefighter. I can think of many other locations it could be placed, but not outside a fire hall.
