This study is a bit of a thunder bolt. ~80% of genes DE b/n living & postmortem human brain medrxiv.org/content/10.110… No eQTL analysis. Surely that's to come. Incredibly important to see extent of (post mortem) effect modification... maybe a lot of GWAS loci to reinterpret 😕
