One thing I rarely see is people putting real effort into distribution. Everyone focuses on building. Even creators obsess over making content. But how much work goes into making sure it actually reaches the right audience?

I almost became a dev today. Saw a post about some dev guys on X… next thing I know, I’m knee-deep in code. (Maybe not knee-deep, lol) It kept pulling me in. Here’s a screenshot from my little “adventure” before I snapped out of it. 😂 NGL, it was fun.

I saw an open position for a content writer on Thursday and something about the requirement caught my eyes. One of the major requirements was ability to persuade and make people take actions. So I thought to myself, isn’t that the job a copywriter and not a content writer?

I jogged 5 km for the first time. It’s been over 4 hours and my head is still pounding.

That was short.

Which would you pick? Creating a buzz before the product is live or after the product is live?

For projects without a ready product, the brand becomes the product. They occupy space and create value. They build their mindshare. Guess what Monad ⨀ is currently doing with their cards.

Some people follow you because they admire your culture. Probably how you show up publicly. The fact that you always respond to your audience and many more. An example: I follow Stan because of his funny replies. What comes to people’s mind when they see your name?

I’ve been studying successful marketing campaigns and noticed these 3 similarities. 1. The storytelling was sweeter than juice. 2. They understood their customers/audience well, especially their unspoken needs. 3. Beyond incentives, the participants got value.

Last year December was funnn. We played around with degen and made some money. Lost some though but we pulled a decent amount.

That was fast.
