Wow what a a fight from Diana Shnaider today. 5:2 and 00:40 down. Total of 5 match points against her. Showed amazing resilience and composure to come back and win it 7:6 in the third. Credit to Elise Mertens too for an amazing match. She’s gonna be dangerous US Open Tennis

Only sport I know where you can win more games and points but still loose the match. This is from today, Shnaider vs Mertens. Final score was 3:6 7:6 7:6 for Shnaider

She was down 2:5 and 00:40 in the third against Elise Mertens and came back to win the whole thing. Amazing effort by Diana and I’m very grateful I was able to be part of it. On to the US Open Tennis next we go. LFG 💪🏽
