Some people are pure evil in disguise ,all they do is extract value from you and then backstab you. That’s unfortunate.

The truth is, mNAV in discount is very likely , not impossible, as you assumed. The harder the dilution at a discount, the greater the chance to get negative premium to Bitcoin NAV. Investors who rely purely on mNAV as their indicator are foolish and bound to get trapped.

If you start with 90× dilution at a super-low mNAV, you’ve already capped your future growth. The future expectation has been front-loaded, but a CEO who doesn’t even know where the premiums come from will only keep focus on the ‘future growth’ part.
