Maybe the biggest transformation of the offseason so far has been β24 Nate Albanese! Came in starting in August topping out in the low 70s. Safe to say its a little firmer nowπ€

β24 Nate Albanese is up 15mph, yes 15, since september of last year. The best part is he has a lot more room for growth. Still a super young body with plenty of physical maturation left. Starting to get in some pretty good positions too. Into the upper 80s alreadyβ¦
What a last 16 months its been for β24 Nate Albanese. Came in throwing in the low 70s. Today? 88-91 T91.1 via Trackman Baseball. Crazy what the weight room and some good drill work can do. Not to mention, much improved strike throwing as of late. #WeOverMe #GainTrainπ
